Tulip Inn Bucharest City hotel has 3 Conference Rooms two of them named after the 2 most famous Dutch painters: Van Gogh and Rembrandt. The third conference room carries the name of the most famous city in Zuid Holland: Rotterdam. The fourth room is called Arc Café & Lounge, a name that was inspired by the shape of a semicircle room. This hall has capacity for 100 persons and can be used both for business meetings and special events
All the conference rooms have the required equipments in order to facilitate a high standards business meeting: free wireless connection, video projectors, electronic screen, flipchart, etc.
The 16 seats boarding table installed in the Rembrandt conference room, makes it perfect for a council meeting, an open negociation or an interview.
The Van Gogh and Rotterdam conference rooms are suitable for more types of business gatherings. You can organize a business speech or presentation, by arranging it like a theatre hall for 40 - 100 persons, prepare a discussion session by setting a board table for 16 persons or a square shape for 24 - 50 persons. You can also organize a training by setting Van Gogh like a class room for 12 persons or Rotterdam for 26 persons.
The Arc Café & Lounge Hall has a maximum capacity of 110 persons, and can be used both for business meetings as well as for special events, cocktails or parties. It has all the special equipment both for business meetings - like internet connection, flipchart, video projector, etc – and also for parties – like lighting effects, sound systems, etc.
